Biological control: a sustainable choice

Since 2001, we have adopted biological control, committed to operating in the respect of the ecosystem where everything is interconnected. For us, it is not just about following the organic farming regulations, but going further.

Our focus is on the life cycle of plants, avoiding the mechanical compression of life itself. Instead of simply replacing chemical synthesis molecules with natural ones, we focus on the manic care of the vegetative cycle. We adopt a subsistence fertilization using the products of the earth itself. The work is aimed at preserving the structure of the soil and the particular position of the vineyards, which form a single large plot. This creates a self-regulating environment in which plants live in their most natural condition.

The manual harvest: preserving the product

The grapes are harvested manually and in boxes, following the company’s tradition. This method preserves the integrity of the product and reduces the need for corrective interventions in the cellar. Through the vinification process, we try to enhance the characteristics of the grapes produced in our estate.

Each vintage is the result of new considerations, observations and comparisons between the cultivation practices adopted and the product obtained.
