Our vineyards are located entirely in the municipality of Vignale Monferrato, in the part of the town that overlooks the Casale Monferrato valley. It is a single plot of 5 hectares with exposures that vary from east to south-east, depending on the conformation of the hillside.
In the lower part, near the valley below the manor house, we grow white varieties, such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon. In the rest of the plot, we grow the other red varieties, including Grignolino, Barbera, Freisa and Albarossa. These varieties were replanted in the same positions as the old vineyards dating back to the mid-1800s, taking into account the specific microclimate of each area (humidity, shading, ventilation, etc.), in order to meet the needs of each variety.
Our total annual production amounts to approximately 30,000 bottles.
